• Our Sales team will still contact you to go through your order once placed

Payment

• You can use Switch, Delta, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX online & over the phone
• We do not charge card fees 
• Payment over the phone ( open 9/5 pm Monday to Saturday 020 8330 3653)
• You can pay cash in store or cash on delivery 
• You can pay by cheque, you must allow 7 working days to clear before delivery or collection 
• Online safe payment system
• As an independent we take fraud seriously, our sales & delivery team will stop the sale, even at point of delivery

Refunds

• Please allow up to 14 days on cards
• Please allow 2/3 weeks to clear
